Priority shipping within the USA: orders
are shipped using the United States Postal
service "priority service", free of charge
to you. Estimated delivery times as
published by the USPS are 2 to 3 business
days, however it is not guaranteed. This
is the time it takes to ship the package
once the post office receives it. Your
package is sent to the post office within
one business day from receiving your paid
order.
For
example, if you place your order on Monday
after 2:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, your
package will ship on Tuesday and will
arrive on Thursday or Friday. If you place
your order on Thursday, it will ship on
Friday and arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday
of the following week.
We
do not guarantee delivery on a specific
day. Our custom shipping labels are
designed to allow us to We would be glad
to include a date on the shipping label
that you request your order to be opened
by the recipeint. "Do not open until
(certain date)", or "Open on (certain
date)". Use the contact form to send us an
email after you place your order to
request this note.
Priority
shipping with Delivery Confirmation: this
service costs $1. You will be sent a
tracking number by email once shipment is
processed. The delivery time is the same
as the Priority service. Delivery
confirmation only provides you with the
date the package was delivered. It does
not provide any information about who
received it. Visit the USPS website at
www.usps.com to learn about the delivery
confirmation service.
Priority
shipping with Signature Confirmation: this
service costs $3. The delivery time is the
same as the Priority service. The postman
will require a signature from the
recipient in order to deliver the package.
If no one is available to receive the
package, the postal service may try
several times to deliver the package, or
may leave a note requesting a signature.
If the package is not picked up within a
certain time decided by the postal
service, it may be returned to us or
abandoned. Visit the USPS website at
www.usps.com to learn about the signature
confirmation service. We are not
responsible for unclaimed package or
failure to deliver due to lack of a
signing recipient.
Overnight
Shipping: If you choose this option, your
order must be placed before 11:00am US
central time in order to ship it the same
day for next business day delivery. Orders
received after that time are shipped the
following business day for overnight
delivery. Overnight orders are shipped
using US postal overnight service.
Shipments and deliveries cannot be made on
weekends or postal holidays. Overnight
orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or to
APO/FPO addresses.
APO/FPO
Addresses: we are glad to send your
message in a bottle orders to APO and FPO
addresses. Only 10.5" round bottles are
allowed for these addresses (wave and
tower bottle upgrades may not be used). If
the address does not show a foreign city
or country in addition to the APO address
then choose the free priority shipping
service when placing your order. If the
address shows a foreign city or country
then you must choose the shipping option
labeled "Another Country". You are
responsible to enter the complete shipping
address during checkout including all the
information required by the postal service
(click here for more information about the
postal requirements and scroll down to the
"Addressing Military Mail" section).
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take
longer than the normal priority service
within the US. Overnight shipping service
is not available for APO/FPO
addresses.
International
Airmail: Shipping addresses outside the
USA are sent by Airmail postal service.
Delivery time varies by destination.
Please allow sufficient time for your
package to arrive. Delivery may take up to
20 days to certain countries. We will
specify "message in a bottle" on the
customs form, however the recipient will
be responsible to pay any taxes or duties
that may be imposed by the receiving
country.
Ordering
multiple items: If you are ordering more
than one item and you want to send each
item to a different address, please buy
and checkout for each item separately so
you can enter a different shipping address
each time. If you wish to buy any product
