are dissatisfied with any item
you have purchased from us, you
may return it within 30 days of
its delivery for a full refund of
the purchase price. Your return
shipping cost (ground rate) will
be refunded only if the return is
due to our error. You must notify
Carefree Gifts within five (5)
days of your receipt of any
damaged or defective
merchandise.

Returning
an Order
Before returning any article you
must contact Carefree Gifts and
request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This
RMA number should be written
conspicuously on the outside of
the return shipment box. If you
have any questions please feel

You may return an item, in its
original undamaged condition, for
a refund within 30 days of
receiving it. All returns must be
accompanied by the original
packing slip. In order that we
may better serve you and other
customers, please tell us the
specific reason for your
dissatisfaction. Include a
written note informing us whether
you want the item exchanged or
the purchase price refunded to
you. (If you have received a
damaged or defective item please
read the section below titled
"Damaged or Defective
Merchandise.") All returned
merchandise must be in "like new"
condition with all included
instruction sheets, certificates
and warranties and in its
original box. The item(s) should
be returned in the same packaging
material in which it was received
to protect it from damage. We
suggest using UPS or insured
Parcel Post for your protection.
After a return has been received,
it will take 1-2 weeks to
process. If you used a credit
card, the refund will be credited
to your account. If you paid by
check or money order, a refund
check will be mailed to you.

Damaged or
Defective Merchandise
On rare occasions you may receive
an order that has been damaged
during shipment. When your order
is delivered by the shipment
carrier and before signing the
receipt, you should inspect each
box for signs of damage, such as
crushed or torn box. If the box
shows signs of damage you should
sign the receipt with the words
"Exception - Damage." If, after
opening the box, you discover
damaged items inside and the
damage appears to have been the
result of the box damage, you
should immediately contact the
carrier to submit a claim for
damages. Keep all articles and
packaging in the box and retain
for inspection by the carrier.

we can to help expedite the
claims process.
If
you receive an item that is
damaged or defective, but their
is no evidence of rough handling
or damage to the shipment box,
you must notify Carefree Gifts within five (5) days of
your receipt of the damaged or
defective item. You must
specifically indicate in this
initial communication that the
item was received in a damaged or
defective state. We will issue
you an RMA No. and you can ship
the damaged or defective item
back to Carefree Gifts. All
returns must be accompanied by
the original packing slip. Please
include a note indicating whether
you want the item replaced or the
purchase price refunded. Damaged
or defective items must be
received by Carefree Gifts within
14 days of your receipt of the
RMA number. It should be returned
in the same packaging material in
which it was received, with any
additional cushioning material
necessary to prevent further
damage. We suggest using UPS or
insured Parcel Post for your
protection. After we receive the
damaged or defective item we will
reship a new item to you or
refund your purchase price if you
prefer. We will also refund your
return (ground rate) shipping charge. (Please see the section
titled "Returning an
Order" for more
information.)
If you do not notify Carefree
Gifts of a damaged or defective
item within 5 days of receiving
it, Carefree Gifts shall not be
obligated to accept its return or
refund any money to
you.

Policy
You may return merchandise,
within 30 days, for a complete
refund of your purchase price
less shipping and handling costs.
The original packing invoice must
be enclosed with your return to
receive credit. Please include
your contact information in the
event that we have questions
regarding your return. For your
protection, we suggest that all
returns be properly packed and
insured. Shipping costs for
returns are not refundable.

Jewelry Limited Guarantee
If your fine jewelry purchase
does not meet your satisfaction, please Contact
Us and request a Fine Jewelry
Return Code. Immediately,
return your order and request
either a refund or replacement.
Jewelry must arrive in its
original condition and with your
original package invoice
enclosed. Please insure your
return, for your protection. Some
conditions do apply to the return
of custom made items. Specially
sized rings and items which have
been personalized in any way are
not eligible for refund or
exchange.
